Liza Hippler

Speaker | Photographer
Creator of The art of being seen

I help women stop the obsession with fixing the woman in the mirror — and start seeing what’s begging to be seen.

Through keynotes, workshops, and transformational photography, I show audiences how the unconscious lenses they picked up along the way are distorting their confidence, their presence, and the way they show up in every room they walk into. And I give them the tools to switch the lens.

Bring This Work to Your STage

Every talk is tailored to your audience, your event, and the transformation you want your attendees to walk away with. Available as a short talk, full keynote, interactive session, or workshop — from 20 minutes to a full day.

Switch the Lens: Three Lies You Don't Know You Believe About Yourself — and How They're Running Your Life

(Signature Talk)

We are all looking at ourselves through lenses we didn't choose — and they're distorting everything. This talk reveals three unconscious lies that shape how women see themselves, and gives audiences a framework to shift from distortion to empowered seeing. Vulnerable, funny, and framework-driven — this is the talk that changes how people see themselves.

Best for: Women's conferences, entrepreneurial audiences, leadership summits, faith communities

Stop Fixing Her: Your Body Is Not the Problem. It's the Portal.

Every woman in the room has a "thing" she believes disqualifies her — and she's been told to "love her body" without anyone showing her how. Through her personal walk with implants and explant, Liza uses this talk to challenge audiences to stop chasing the gift of beauty and start recognizing the power already in their bodies.

Best for: Women's conferences, wellness events, faith communities, body image and empowerment stages

When “Feel the Fear & Do it Anyway” Stops working

Your audience has pushed through fear a hundred times — so why do they still feel stuck? This talk shows high-performers what's actually happening when "just do it scared" stops working, and introduces a smarter, more sustainable way forward.

Best for: High-performance audiences, entrepreneurs, corporate teams, leadership events

Meet Liza

Liza Hippler is an award-winning international photographer and speaker who helps women shift how they see themselves — and in doing so, shift how they show up in the world. Through her signature framework, the Three Lenses of Self-Perception, and her transformational practice of External Self-Witnessing, she draws from neuroscience, psychology, and her own journey to reveal the unconscious distortions that keep women from being fully seen — by others and by themselves. She lives outside Nashville with her husband, two teen daughters, a clingy dog and an opinionated bunny.
